Chukrungbari High School

Chukrungbari High School is tucked away in the Tirupathi area, and it’s a place that stays pretty noisy once the first bell rings. We’re located over by the Tirupathi Ho, and the morning traffic around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The school itself is where a lot of local kids spend their time. You walk through the gates and you see the playground which gets quite dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. The classrooms are filled with wooden desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don’t have all the high-tech gadgets you might find in a big city school, but the teachers are here every day, and the kids seem to make it work. Lunch breaks are probably the loudest part of the day when everyone is running around the yard. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it feels like a small neighborhood thing. The 517502 area is familiar to us all, with the shops down the street and the constant flow of people heading toward the temples. It’s a straightforward school, really. We focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the students show up on time. There is always some event or another being planned, which keeps us on our toes. It’s just a normal school day after another here in Tirupati, and we just keep the building going the best we can without much fuss.
