Baba Vidyanikethan High School

You can find Baba Vidyanikethan High School over at 1-10 Jayanagar, which is on Avilala Road. We are quite close to Bairegaipatti here in Tirupati. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the buses and cars going past toward the temple area. Our building has been here for a bit and it feels like part of the landscape now. In the mornings, the air is a bit cooler and you can hear the birds before the traffic starts up properly. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the cupboards and making sure the registers are up to date. The rooms are plain with white walls and some simple charts hung up here and there. It is not the kind of place you see in magazines, but it works for what we need to do. We have a small area where we keep the water cans and the staff sits around a big wooden table during the breaks. Sometimes we have to deal with minor repairs like a leaky tap or a door that won't shut right. It is just the way things go when you have a building full of people every day. We don’t have any big speeches or complex systems. It’s just about being here on time, doing the teaching, and watching the kids walk home along the road at the end of the afternoon. It is simple and keeps us quite busy.
