M P U P School

People around Elakatur mostly know us because we've been sitting here in Chittoor for quite some years now. The school is just a basic place where the local kids come every morning. It’s not a fancy building with glass walls or anything like that. We have the usual classrooms and a bit of space outside for the children to run around when the weather isn't too hot. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk to work. You’ll see the kids arriving around the same time every day, some with their parents and others just walking in groups from the village. Things stay pretty quiet once the lessons start, except for the occasional sound of someone reciting their work or the bell going off for a break. We handle the daily stuff like making sure the rooms are clean and the water is ready. Sometimes the rain makes the ground a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of Chittoor. People stop by to ask about their kids or to drop something off they forgot. It is a simple setup at M P U P School. We don't have big signs everywhere. It’s just a place for learning the basics. We try to keep things organized as much as we can with what we have. It’s a busy day usually, from the morning start until everyone heads home in the afternoon.
