Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan'S Sri Venkateswara Vidyalaya

If you head down Alipiri Road towards the university area, you will find us right there near Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when all the buses are moving around. Our school has been part of this community for a long time. We have a lot of students coming from all over the local area. The classrooms are usually full and there is always something going on. We don't really go in for anything too flashy. It’s mostly just the basics of education. The teachers spend their days at the boards and the kids spend theirs at their desks. Between classes, you can hear the chatter from the hallways all the way out on the road. We have a playground where the children spend their free time, and it gets quite dusty during the dry season. We try to keep the garden areas looking decent, but the sun is pretty harsh sometimes. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know each other quite well. It feels like a small village inside the walls sometimes. People know us for being steady. We don't change things up too much because the old ways of teaching still seem to work for the kids here. It is just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to keep the students focused on their books and their futures. We are just here doing the work.
