People around Pulicherla know where the BVR quarters are, and that is where you will find us. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building isn't brand new, but it stays cool enough when the Chittoor sun gets really strong in the afternoons. Most mornings start with the sound of kids running across the yard. We have some trees near the entrance that give a bit of shade where parents wait sometimes. Usually, there is a lot of noise during the lunch break when everyone is eating their tiffins. Our rooms are plain, just desks and boards, nothing fancy. We try to keep things organized but with so many children, there is always a bit of a mess by the end of the day. The street outside is mostly quiet, except for when school lets out. You might see some of the staff walking to the local shops nearby after work. It is a simple place. We spend a lot of time fixing up the benches or painting over marks on the walls. It feels like a second home to most of us who spend all day here. Sometimes the power goes out and we just open the windows wider. It is just a normal school in a normal neighborhood. People stop by to ask about admissions or just to say hello. We like it that way.
