Raju English Medium High School

You can find us on Prakash Road in the T.P. Area of Tirupati. It is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We have been running Raju English Medium High School from this 17-3-5-333 address for quite some time. It is a tallish building with stairs that the kids run up and down all day. We try to keep them quiet in the hallways, but children will be children. The classrooms are packed with benches and we have blackboards that get plenty of use. Since we are right in the middle of Tirupati, everything is close by. We don't have a giant playground, but we make use of the space we have. Teachers here stay busy grading papers and talking to parents who walk in from the street. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always humming. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a high school trying to get students through their exams. Every morning starts with a bit of a rush as everyone arrives at the same time. The staff room is usually full of books and tea cups. It is a bit cramped sometimes, but we are used to it. We just keep things moving day by day and try to stay organized. That is the reality of running a school in a busy city area. We just keep our heads down and work.
