Yoganishta Technologies, Chennai

Yoganishta Technologies is located in the Ruby Apartments in Tambaram. We are in Flat No G-24, which is part of the M-Block in Phase III. Working out of an apartment building gives things a different feel than a big office block. It’s a bit more personal, I guess. You see the neighbors going about their day while we are sitting at our screens. We chose this spot in Chennai because it’s accessible and quiet enough for what we do. The space is a bit tight because we have quite a few computers and cables running everywhere. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some snacks in the kitchen and the furniture is just whatever was practical to buy at the time. Tambaram is a busy area, but once you get into the M-Block, things settle down. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people who come here already know where we are. Our days are filled with technical work and a lot of talking over the desks. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside. It’s just a group of us working in a flat, trying to keep everything running smoothly. There’s no script for how we handle things. We just deal with problems as they pop up and keep moving forward. It’s a very direct and simple way to run a business. We just stay focused on the tasks we have.
