We've been at the ground floor of Aarudra Flats in Pammal for a while now. It’s on Kamarajar High Road, easy to find if you know Muthamizh Nagar. At Ascent Hr Consultants, we do HR stuff. Mostly helping folks find jobs or helping small offices handle their paperwork and hiring. It gets busy here in Chennai, but we try to keep things simple. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we get the work done. We are just a small team of people. We aren't a big fancy firm. We just sit at our desks and look through resumes all day. It's practical work. People come in, we talk to them, and we see where they might fit. Some days are slow, other days the phones won't stop ringing. We handle things as they come. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the flats. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the neighborhood. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute. We know how things work around here. We just try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. We have a few computers and some files stacked up, and that’s basically the whole setup. We usually start our mornings with tea from the shop nearby. It’s not like those big corporate offices in the city center. We know the local people and what they need. It’s a lot of matching names to positions.
