Aldric Management Solutions is tucked away at 94/53, 8th Cross Street in Trustpuram. This is in the Kodambakkam area of Chennai, which is a place with a lot of history and busy streets. Our office is a simple place, located right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix. We handle management tasks and help businesses figure out their systems. It’s a lot of talking and looking at charts, but we keep it down to earth. We don't use those buzzwords you hear in big city firms. We just say what we mean. The building we are in is an older one, which we like because it has a bit of soul to it. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. It’s just a small nameplate near the door. The traffic in Kodambakkam can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, working through the day’s tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Chennai. We just want to do our work well and go home at the end of the day. Our neighbors are local shops and families, and that’s the way we like it. It feels like a real part of the city. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just show up, do the management work, and try to be helpful to those who hire us.
