We've been here in Virgumbakkam for a while now. Our office is tucked away on 3rd Street in AVM Colony. It's a quiet spot, which suits us just fine. Most days, we’re just busy dealing with paperwork and talking to folks about houses or where they might want to put their money. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. People come in through the door at No.100, sometimes looking for a place to stay or just asking about land around Chennai-92. We try to give them straight answers without making things more complicated than they need to be. The city is growing fast, and we see it changing right outside our window. It’s a lot of juggling different projects at once. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just handle things as they come. Being a private limited company means there’s a bit of structure, but really, it's just a few of us here making sure the records are right and the housing stuff moves along. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular office where we get the work done. If you walk down the street, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, and we’re just part of the local scenery now. It’s simple work, mostly about helping people figure out their investments and where they’re going to live next. It keeps us occupied and pays the bills, and that is about it for Allied Investments & Housing (P) Ltd.
