A Leading Recruiting

We are based in Chennai, over in the Tamil Nadu region. The name on the door says A Leading Recruiting. It’s a bit of a funny name, but it gets the point across. We spend our days trying to find people for jobs and jobs for people. It’s a lot of phone work and looking at lists. Chennai is a big place, so we deal with all sorts of industries. Our office is pretty plain. We have some desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment with suits and ties. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. The city can be loud and frantic, but inside our space, we just focus on the task. We aren't promising anything magical. We just look at what a company needs and see if we know anyone who fits. Some days we find a match quickly, and other times it takes weeks of searching. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking references and calling back candidates. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. We just rely on the work we do here in Chennai. It’s a basic operation. We show up, we make our calls, and we try to help out where we can. That’s about all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile.
