Working in Chennai, you get used to the heat and the busy atmosphere of the neighborhood. We handle integrated services, which basically means a lot of different maintenance and facility tasks for other places. Our day usually starts pretty early to beat the worst of the traffic on the way in. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we organize our teams and keep track of the tools and schedules. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that is just how this kind of work goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the workers before they head out to their sites. West Tambaram has changed quite a bit over the years, but Bajanai Koil Street still has its old character. We like being part of this local community.
