A R Industrial Catering operates out of No 1040 H Block on 26th Street in Ponni Colony. We are located near Chinnaiya School in Anna Nagar. This side of the city is usually quite organized, and we have been at this address for a fair amount of time now. We focus on industrial catering, which means we handle food in larger quantities for workplaces and other big groups. It is a different kind of challenge compared to a regular restaurant because the timing and the volume are so important for the people eating. Our kitchen in H Block is where all the work happens. We start our day very early in the morning, often before the sun is even up, to make sure the meals are ready to be sent out to the clients. We aren't a fancy boutique caterer; we are more about providing reliable, everyday meals for workers who need a good lunch. The team we have here is small but they know what they are doing and they work hard. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big brochures to get new business. Most of our contracts come from people knowing our work over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the cooking right. It is a lot of heavy lifting and big pots, but it is the work we chose to do. We just aim to be a dependable part of the local business community here in Anna Nagar.
