360 Degree Experience

360 Degree Experience is based on the 6th and 7th floors of Fathima Akthur Court. We are right on Anna Salai in Teynampet, which is a very busy part of Chennai. Being up on the higher floors gives us a bit of a view of the city, but mostly we are just looking at our desks. The office at No 453 is where we plan out various events and projects for our clients. It can get pretty chaotic when there is a big deadline coming up. There are boxes of materials everywhere and the phones do not seem to stop ringing some days. We have been here for a while and have seen many people come and go from this building. It is not a fancy corporate office; it is more of a practical workspace where things actually get organized and built. We have two floors, so there is a lot of running up and down the stairs when the lift is being slow. The traffic on Anna Salai is always a conversation topic here because it affects when everyone can get into the office. We do not have a lot of time for formalities or long meetings. Usually, we are just focused on the next task on our list. It is a lot of logistical work, making sure everything is in the right place. We are just a group of people working hard.
