3X Events

Our base for 3X Events is at 171, Devdarshan Apartments on Evk Sampath Road. It’s right there at 1 Barnaby Road in Kilpauk. Living and working out of Kilpauk means things are always moving fast. The apartment is where we keep our records and meet people who want us to help with their events. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because we have so many samples and catalogs piled up. We handle all sorts of functions, from small family gatherings to larger gatherings in halls around Chennai. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We spend plenty of time sitting at the kitchen table or the small office desk going over floor plans. We aren't a big agency with a flashy front; we’re just a local team doing our thing. The building is older, and the neighbors know us by now. Sometimes the hallway gets blocked with some of our gear, but we try to move it quickly. We don’t have a lot of fancy corporate talk. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of coffee and figure out what needs to be done. It’s a bit chaotic during the busy season, and the phone doesn’t stop ringing, but we manage. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we have enough hands to get the job done. It's a lot of physical labor mixed with some planning, and we've been doing it this way for quite a while now.
