Work Protocols

We are based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and the name of the place is Work Protocols. It’s a bit of a broad name, I know, but we basically look at how people get their jobs done. We don't have a massive glass building or anything like that. We are just a small team working out of a regular office space here in the city. Chennai is usually very hot, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the air conditioning stays running so we can actually focus on our work. Our daily routine involves a lot of looking at how different offices run and trying to write down better ways for them to handle their internal stuff. It isn't the kind of work that sounds very exciting at a dinner party, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We have a lot of folders filled with different procedures and rules that we’ve gathered over the years. Sometimes we argue about the best way to word a certain rule, but we usually figure it out over some lunch. We don't have a lot of fancy tech, just standard computers and a printer that jams way too often. It’s a very grounded sort of business. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to help local businesses stay a bit more organized without all the usual mess that comes with growth.
