Woodys

Woodys is tucked away in Seetha Nagar, which is part of the Nungambakkam area. We are in the Prithivee Apartments, specifically at No 7 on 2nd Street. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here compared to the main roads of Chennai. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to manage things. Because it’s an apartment building, it stays relatively quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Nungambakkam is a busy part of town but our street is a bit more tucked back. We handle various wood-related things and general projects from here. You won't find any big flashing signs or corporate reception desks at our door. It is just a workspace where we keep our files and meet with people who need something done. Sometimes the parking on the street can be a bit of a headache, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this city. We like being in this neighborhood because everything is close by. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy talk. We just look at what needs to be made or fixed and get on with it. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the people living around here. There is usually someone here during the day if you happen to drop by.
