If you are looking for Kolayi Bhavan, you can find us at No 5, Jessan Street. We are right off Mount Road, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots in Chennai. It can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic sometimes, but we are situated right opposite Spencer Plaza, so that helps people find the turn. We are on Woods Road, and it is a pretty straightforward spot once you get into the rhythm of the area. It is a standard building, and we have been operating out of here for a while. Usually, people who work in the nearby offices come by, or folks who are out shopping at the plaza might wander over. It is not a flashy place, just a regular spot on a side street where we do our daily work. The address is easy enough for the delivery guys to find, which is good. We see a lot of people passing through every day because of where we are located. Sometimes the street gets a bit cramped with bikes, but that is just Jessan Street for you. We just focus on keeping things running and making sure the place is open when people expect it to be. There is no big story behind it, we are just a part of the neighborhood here near Mount Road. Most of our regulars live or work within walking distance.
