Winjobs is located at 25/9 on Kamaraj Nagar 3rd Street. If you know Choolaimedu in Chennai, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the small streets and shops. We’ve been in this spot for a while, helping people look for work and helping companies find staff. It’s a small office, nothing too big or intimidating. We have a few computers and some chairs for people to sit while they fill out forms or wait to talk to one of us. The street outside is usually pretty busy with bikes and people going about their day. We like being in Chennai-94 because it’s a central spot and easy for people to reach by bus or train. Working in recruitment means we talk to a lot of different people every day. Some are nervous about interviews and others are just looking for a change. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed here so nobody feels too much pressure. There’s no corporate dress code for us; we just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the internet slows down and we have to wait a bit to upload resumes, but we manage. We don’t make big promises, we just look through the listings and see what fits. It’s a practical business run by people who live right here in the city. Come by if you’re in the neighborhood.
