Win Or Win

Win Or Win is located right on Bhavani Amman Koil Street in Kamaraj Nagar. That is in the Avadi area of Chennai. If you know the street, you know the temple is the main landmark. We are at number 16. It’s a busy little street with people always moving around. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office is just a small place where we handle our business. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with the people living around Avadi and the surrounding neighborhoods. There is no corporate polish here. We have some fans running to beat the Chennai heat and a few desks where we keep our papers. People just walk in when they need something. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look as long as the work gets finished. Sometimes the street gets loud with festivals or just the daily traffic, but we just keep the door closed and carry on. It’s a local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we know the shortcut to the main road. We don't spend time writing big reports or having long meetings. We just look at what needs to be done that day and we do it. It’s a practical way to run things. We are just part of the neighborhood. Most days pass by quickly with people stopping in to check on things.
