Panlin Healthcare

Panlin Healthcare is tucked away in West Mambalam on 3rd Street in Postal Colony. The address can be a bit confusing because it's New No. 46 but used to be Old No. 21, so we often have to explain that to people coming for the first time. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. The street is usually pretty busy with neighbors and people going about their business. Inside, we keep things pretty functional. There are shelves of equipment and supplies that we distribute to the local area. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs or anything like that. We have metal desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of our work involves keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out to the hospitals nearby. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living in this neighborhood, so we keep some flashlights handy. We are just a small group of people working here. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. We spend our mornings checking the logbooks and making sure the orders are packed correctly. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually busy. We don’t really have a big marketing department. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized in the middle of all the boxes. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us.
