We are based over at G-6 in Gee Gee Crescent, which is right at 114 Poonamallee High Road. It is a busy area and the noise from the traffic never really stops, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office isn't anything too special to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the surgical supplies and medical equipment. We spend most of our mornings checking through the new stock and making sure everything is where it should be. The desks are usually piled with invoices and shipping manifests because there is always something coming in or going out to a hospital. We are a Private Limited company, but it doesn't feel like some big corporate machine. It is just a handful of us here making sure the orders are right. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in that Poonamallee traffic, and we have to spend half the afternoon on the phone tracking them down. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for tea, which is pretty much essential for getting through the day. If you come by, you'll see we don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. It is mostly just boxes and shelves. We have been in this spot for a long time, so we know the building inside and out. It is just a regular job for us, keeping the medical community supplied with what they need without making a big fuss about it.
