Our place is located at 148, Kongarayan Palayam. If you know Chidambaram well, you'll find us okay. We are an engineering company, and we’ve been set up in this part of Tamil Nadu for a bit. The workshop gets pretty warm during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the projects. It's an industrial kind of vibe here. We have different tools and machines that we use for the engineering work we do. Most days are spent looking at drawings or fixing things that need attention. The people working here have been with us for a long time, so everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. Kongarayan Palayam is a decent area for this kind of business. We aren't located on a main highway, so it stays a bit quieter than the center of town. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit muddy around the entrance, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the metalwork and the technical stuff. It's not a flashy office with a receptionist and coffee machines. We just have a desk for the paperwork and the rest is for the actual work. We try to keep the place organized, though it gets cluttered when a big job comes in. We finish up in the evenings and head home like everyone else in Chidambaram. It’s a simple setup for an engineering firm and it works for us.
