Our office is located in Udhayam Classic Park, specifically at No. 25, Flat- A on 79th Street. We are right there on 18th Avenue in Ashok Nagar. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those big cold glass towers you see in other parts of Chennai. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen for tea and a bit of a homely feel while we work on engineering plans and technical drawings. The 79th street can get a bit crowded with parked cars, so finding a spot in the morning is always a bit of a gamble. We spend a lot of time huddled around computers or looking over printed blueprints spread out on the tables. It’s a small team here in Ashok Nagar, and we all know each other’s habits pretty well by now. The fans are usually humming away to keep the Chennai heat at bay while we talk through project details. Sometimes the neighbors from the other flats stop by to say hello or ask about something. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It’s a quiet place to get work done without too many distractions from the main road. We just do our engineering tasks, answer the phones, and try to keep things moving along. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and being in a regular neighborhood makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed.
