Started out here in Padi quite a few years back. Sakthi Nagar is a busy spot and being on Vivekanandhar Street means there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly deal with electrical work and general engineering stuff. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of the guys here have been living in Chennai their whole lives. We know how the local area works and the kind of problems people run into with their equipment. Some days it is very hot and we just keep the fans going and stay busy with whatever comes in. People usually just drop by or give us a call when something breaks or they need a part. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. It is more about getting the hands dirty and making sure the machines are running right. You might see us having tea at the corner shop when we take a break. We like it this way. No corporate talk, just regular work for regular people around here. The address is No. 57 if you are looking for us. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside but it works for us. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would do. That is how we have stayed around this long in Padi. It is just life here.
