This office is at Flat F2 in the Maayapuri Corner Stone building, located on Rajendra Colony’s Arunachalam Road in Saligramam. It’s a busy part of Chennai 600 093, and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge some days. The office itself is inside a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have the usual stuff—a couple of cabins, some shared desk space, and a small area where we make coffee. The traffic on Arunachalam Road is pretty loud, so we keep the doors shut most of the time. We aren’t really trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s just plain walls and functional furniture. Most of our work involves a lot of phone calls and sitting at the computer, so it’s a fairly quiet environment inside compared to the street. We’ve been at this Saligramam location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. The local shops are handy for when we need supplies or just a break from the screen. It is a very grounded way to work, just focusing on what needs to be finished before the day ends. There’s no corporate fluff here, just a group of us getting through the work. We usually lock up around six and join the crowd heading back toward the main road to go home.
