Over in Ashok Nagar, we are situated at Nu Tech Heritage on 19th Avenue. This is a well-known part of Chennai, and it is usually buzzing with activity throughout the day. The building is quite decent and we have a good amount of space to manage our operations from here. Ashok Nagar has these nice wide streets with trees, which makes the walk to the office a bit better during the morning rush. Our office is a mix of desks and storage for all the project files we have accumulated over the years. We have a small pantry where we make our filter coffee, which is a must to get through the Chennai afternoons. The air conditioning is almost always on because the humidity can be a bit too much otherwise. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this office, so there are always people coming in and out with documents. It is a professional but relaxed atmosphere where we do not worry too much about corporate polish. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. The neighbors in the building are mostly other offices or families, so it is a balanced environment. We like being in this part of the city because everything is accessible, though the traffic on 19th Avenue can get a bit chaotic when the school nearby lets out.
