Larsen &Toubro

Our office is tucked away at No. 14, Shanthi Nagar 2nd Street in Adambakkam. If you know Chennai, you know how these streets can be—a bit narrow and always bustling with some kind of activity. It’s a local branch for Larsen & Toubro, but it feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a big company office. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and most of the people working here are locals who know the shortcuts to avoid the Adambakkam traffic. The building is simple and doesn’t have those flashy signs you might expect. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up from different projects we are looking after. It gets quite warm in the summer, so the fans are always going full blast. We don’t have a lot of corporate talk going on here. Most of the time, we are just talking about the day’s work or where to get the best lunch nearby. The 2nd Street is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice when we need to focus. It’s just a regular workspace for a group of people trying to keep things moving. We don't have a grand lobby or anyone in suits greeting you at the door. It is just us at No. 14, doing what we do every day without much noise or any of that fancy marketing stuff that companies usually use to describe themselves.
