Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the area around Rasappa Chetty Street. It’s very crowded most of the time. We are up on the first floor in Shop No. 5 at Park Town. You have to navigate through Kalappa Achari Street and Edapalayam to get here, and usually, there are carts and people everywhere. It’s quite loud during the day, but we like being right in the middle of all the action. The stairs up to the shop are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. Once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but not by much. We’ve got shelves full of stock and some old fans that keep the air moving. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons. Vishal Agencies has been operating out of this spot for years now. We know the other shop owners nearby and we usually get our lunch from the same small place downstairs. It’s not a polished corporate office. It is a working shop where we keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer. Sometimes the electricity goes off for a bit, so we just wait it out. It is just a normal day-to-day business setup. People come in to pick up things or just to check on orders. We don't have a lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're there. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure things move out on time.
