Reliable Tools

We are located at No 212 on Rasappa Chetty Street. It’s right near the Kandaswamy Koil, which makes it easy for people to find us in Park Town. This street is always moving. There are so many shops selling similar things, but we’ve been here at this spot for a long time. We mostly sell tools. The shelves are pretty full and sometimes things get a bit dusty. We try to keep it organized, but when customers are coming in and out, it’s tough. It’s a family-run kind of place. My father started it, and now I’m here most days. We don't have fancy displays. We just have the items people need for their daily work. Some people have been buying from us for twenty years. We talk about the weather or the local news while we wrap up their orders. The shop isn't air-conditioned, so we keep the doors wide open. You can hear everything happening on the street. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s Park Town for you. We just keep things simple. No big promises or corporate talk. If we have the tool you want, we sell it to you. If not, we tell you who might have it. It’s just how we do things here. We don't worry about being the biggest shop. We just want to be the one that stays open and helps people out.
