Viji Tution Center

Viji Tution Center is located right on Ambedkar Street in the Saligramam area. If you can find the police both nearby, then you are basically at our front door. The Chennai heat is really something else most of the year, so we make sure the fans are running all day long. It is a small place, nothing too special to look at from the sidewalk, but it works well enough for what we do every day. We see a lot of students from around Gandhi Nagar coming in after their regular school hours are finished. Some days are much quieter than others. It is mostly just us and the textbooks here. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the kids stay on track with their studies. The street outside can get a bit cramped with all the scooters, especially when parents are dropping children off in the evenings. We have had to ask the kids to park more neatly quite a few times lately. It is just a local spot for the people who live in this part of town. We are not trying to be some massive corporation. Sometimes we run a bit late or things look a bit messy with papers stacked on the tables, but that is just how it goes. Being near the police both makes it very easy for new parents to find us. We have been in this spot for a bit now and it feels like home.
