Skillstor Resources

We are based out of Pinjala Subramainium Street in T Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how crowded this area gets, especially on the weekends. Our office for Skillstor Resources is at number 3. It’s a small place where we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just helping folks find work and businesses find staff. It’s not always easy because people can be unpredictable. Sometimes a candidate doesn't show up or a job isn't what it seemed. We just try to manage the mess. There’s always a stack of folders on the desk that needs sorting. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just sit here, drink our coffee, and try to match people up with the right roles. The noise from the street outside is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We’re just a small team trying to keep things organized in a very busy part of the city. Usually, the afternoons are the most hectic when everyone decides to call at once. We don’t pretend to have all the answers, but we do know our way around the local job market. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. That’s what a typical day looks like for us here. We just keep at it until the sun goes down and then we head home.
