Vignesh Engineering Works

Vignesh Engineering Works is located at No. 17 - A on 3rd Pillaiyar Koil Street. Ekkattuthangal is an area full of workshops, and we have been part of this street for quite a long time. The shop is usually loud with the sound of machines running throughout the day. We do a lot of metal work and fixing mechanical parts that people bring in. There is usually some grease on our hands and the floor is rarely spotless, but that is just how a real workshop functions. It is a small space, but we have crammed in the tools and lathes we need to get the jobs done. The street outside can be a bit tight when trucks are making deliveries, so we have to coordinate things carefully. We don't spend much time on computers except for when we have to write up a bill. Most of the work is manual and requires us to be on our feet. Sometimes we stay late into the evening if a customer needs a part fixed for the next morning. It is just basic engineering and repair work, nothing too complicated. The heat can get pretty intense in the summer, so we keep the fans going full speed all day. We aren't trying to be a big corporate office. We are just a local shop where you can hear the hammers and drills going from the moment we open the doors until we finish for the day.
