Vertex (Outsourcing Recruiters For Call Centres & Bpo)

We are located over in Adyar, right on Ellaiamman Koil Street. Our office is up on the second floor at number 11/37. It’s a busy spot in Chennai and we’ve been here for a good while now. Most days are pretty full with people coming in and out because we handle the hiring side of things for call centres and BPOs. Vertex isn't a huge operation, just a group of us trying to match people with the right jobs. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the office feels a bit cramped, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to do anything fancy here. We just know the local market and what these big centers are looking for in their staff. If you find yourself in the Adyar area, you'll see our sign. The stairs to the second floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. It’s a plain office with desks and computers and a lot of resumes lying around. We spend most of our time talking to candidates and trying to see where they fit best. There's no big corporate vibe here, just us working through the daily pile of applications. We've seen a lot of people start their careers from this little office in Chennai over the years. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
