Venus Engineers (Chennai) Private Ltd.

We are tucked away on 45th Street in TVS Colony, which is part of the Anna Nagar West Extension. Being in Chennai, the heat is something we just deal with every day. Our office and work area is at No. 178. It’s a busy neighborhood, and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache some mornings, but we like it here. We have a mix of some office space and the area where the engineering actually happens. Even though the name says Venus Engineers Private Ltd, we don’t really act like a big corporate office. It’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the orders coming in. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s always someone coming in with a query or a part that needs looking at. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the specifications are right. We aren't into using big words or making tall claims. We just look at the drawings and see what can be done. Lunch usually happens at our desks or the small break area we have in the corner. It’s a practical way of working for a small team. Most of our staff have been with us for a while, so they know the routine. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you come by, you'll see us in our regular clothes, likely with some ink or oil on them. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to get the engineering right and handle the daily grind as best as we can.
