Venothini Surgicals is tucked away at 18/D P.E. Koil Street in Ayanavaram. It’s a neighborhood that has a lot of character, and we’ve become a part of the daily life here. Our shop is small, and we have to be careful how we stack the surgical supplies so nothing gets damaged. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, just checking the shelves and making sure we have what people are looking for. The street outside can get a bit narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We don't have a big team of people; it’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know our regulars by name and they know they can just walk in and ask for what they need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny storefront. The paint on the walls might be a bit old, and the shelves are plain wood, but it serves its purpose. We spend our mornings getting things ready and our afternoons helping whoever comes through the door. It’s honest work, and we like the fact that we are right here in the community. No big corporate rules or fancy mission statements for us. We just keep the door open and do our best. If we don’t have something in stock, we’ll tell you straight and try to get it in for the next day. That’s how we operate.
