Usam World Class Training

We are located at No Ac 12, right across from the Saravana Bhavan on 2nd Avenue in Anna Nagar. Being opposite such a well-known restaurant means people always know where to find us. Anna Nagar is a busy place, and 2nd Avenue is one of those streets that never seems to stay still. Our training center is right in the thick of it. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We have rooms set up for the training sessions with rows of chairs and some equipment. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical space for learning. We don’t have a big marketing department writing things for us. Usually, it’s just one of the staff members handling the front desk and the phone. We get a lot of people dropping in to ask questions because they saw the sign while going for lunch across the street. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because it gets hot in Chennai. We have a small area where we keep the files and the attendance sheets. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t use corporate slogans. We just open up in the morning, run the sessions, and close up in the evening. Some of us have been working here for years. We know the local area well and the people who live around Anna Nagar. It’s a steady routine that works for everyone involved. No fluff, just the training.
