We’re up on the third floor of the building at 9/6 Chakrapani Street. This is in West Mambalam, which is a pretty residential area, but we’ve got our office tucked away here nonetheless. It’s a bit of a climb if you don't feel like using the lift. We deal with material handling, which usually means a lot of talk about forklifts and different kinds of warehouse gear. Even though we’re in an office, most of the real work happens out at the sites where the actual machines are kept and used. Here, it’s mostly just paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating things for the customers. The office isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got some desks, a couple of computers, and plenty of files stacked up. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in at the same time. West Mambalam is a busy place, especially around the market times, so the streets can be quite tight for driving. We just go about our business day by day without making much noise. We don't really have a showroom here or anything like that for people to visit. If you want to see the equipment, this isn't really the place for it, but this is where all the planning and logistics happen. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, and the neighbors on the street know us. It’s a quiet enough office once you’re inside and the door is shut. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the equipment gets where it needs to go.
