Akt Cranes

Akt Cranes is right in the middle of Parrys, on Audippa Naicken Street. If you know Parrys, you know the streets are narrow and always packed with people and carts. We are near Sri Jamuna Store, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Dealing with cranes and heavy lifting in such a crowded area is always a challenge. Our office is small and usually has blueprints or maintenance schedules pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at sites where the equipment is actually working. The grease and the noise are just part of the daily life here. We have been operating out of this street for years, and we know all the neighbors. It is a loud place to work, with the sounds of the market right outside the door, but we are used to it. The staff is a small group, mostly guys who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We do not spend much money on making the office look nice because we are rarely sitting still anyway. We just make sure the cranes are ready to go and that the operators know what they are doing. It is a practical business that requires a lot of patience, especially when moving big machines through the Chennai traffic. We just show up every day, do the heavy lifting, and handle whatever problems come up.
