You can find us in Chennai, over in the Tharamani area near the Mars Hotel. It’s at No. 5. Driving around here is always an adventure because of the traffic and the narrow roads. We spend most of our time out in the cars, sitting in the passenger seat trying to stay calm while someone else learns how to use the clutch for the first time. It gets really hot in Chennai, so the cars can get pretty warm inside by the afternoon, even with the windows down. We have been at this spot for a while, and the Mars Hotel is a good landmark for people trying to find the office. The office is just a small place where we handle the license paperwork and the schedules. There is a lot of paperwork with the transport department, so we are often stuck behind a desk when we aren't out on the road. We see all kinds of people, from nervous teenagers to older folks who finally decided it was time to learn. Some people pick it up fast and others take a lot longer, but that is just how it goes with driving. The cars have their own quirks and sometimes they need a bit of work to keep them running smoothly through the city streets. It’s just a regular driving school life, dealing with the heat, the traffic, and people trying to figure out their left from their right.
