You can find us at No3/6 Dhandeeswaram Nagar, right on the 9th Main Road in Velacheri. We are quite close to Royal Shoppee, so it’s easy to spot if you are familiar with this part of town. The center is basically a bunch of rooms filled with art supplies and musical instruments. There is always a bit of dust from the chalk or some spilled paint on the floor. It’s a busy place, especially on weekends when the kids don't have school. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff the students make. Sometimes the singing from one room clashes with the drawing class in another, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. It’s a practical space. We have some old cupboards for storing canvases and portfolios. The fans hum all day long to keep the humidity down. People come here to learn something new, whether it's sketching or playing a tune. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who like doing this kind of work. The neighborhood is growing fast, so there are always new people moving in and asking about classes. We just tell them to come in and see what we do. It’s not a polished gallery, just a place where people can get their hands dirty with charcoal or learn a few notes on the keyboard. Most evenings, the sounds of different instruments drift out into the street through the open windows.
