Our office is at No.14 Janaki Ammal Street. If you know Tnagar in Chennai you know it’s one of the busiest places you can find. Janaki Ammal Street is a bit tucked away from the main shopping crowds but it still gets plenty of noise. We’ve been running Thirdwave Hr And Networks Pvt Limited from this building for several years. It’s a typical Chennai house that was converted into an office space. We have rooms for interviews and a main area where the computers are. It gets pretty busy when we have a lot of people coming in for meetings. The fans are always going to keep the humidity away. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate speak when we talk to people. We just look at resumes and try to figure out where people might fit in. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily but we just deal with it like everyone else in Tnagar. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and sometimes share snacks. It’s a friendly enough place. We don't have a massive marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. We just show up every morning and see who we can help today. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us. We just keep the files moving and the phones answered.
