You can find us over on Hanumar Koil Street in West Mambalam. It is a narrow street and parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we have been here at New No 20 for a long time. The building is old and shows its age in some spots. Inside, we are usually busy packing up things or checking the stock. It smells like spices and grains most of the day. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure everything is done right. We deal with local suppliers who bring us what we need in the mornings. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting through the traffic near the temple. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, except during festival times when the whole street gets crowded. We keep the shelves stocked as best as we can. Our equipment isn't brand new but it works fine and we know how to fix it if something goes wrong. We don't spend money on fancy signs or flyers. Most people just know us as the place down the street from the old house. It is a simple way to work. We start early and usually finish up before it gets too late in the evening. There is always something to clean or move around in the shop and we just keep at it.
