Golden Taj Cater

We are based over in Periamet, specifically on Shaik Ali Subedad Street. If you know the area, it’s quite a lively place with a lot of people moving around all day. We’ve been running Golden Taj Cater from this spot for a good bit of time. Our kitchen is usually a noisy place, especially early in the morning when the prep work starts. There is always someone chopping vegetables or checking on the big pots. We handle various types of events, mostly local ones where people just need decent food for their guests. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy containers and making sure everything is packed correctly before it goes out. The street outside can get a bit cramped, so loading the vans is always a bit of a puzzle every day. We don’t really do fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the cooking done and making sure there’s enough for everyone. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all know how the routine goes. Sometimes we run behind when a big order comes in last minute, but we manage to get it sorted out. It’s just how it goes in the food business. We like being in Periamet because it’s central and we can get to most places quickly from here. It’s a simple setup we have, nothing too loud or flashy, just a kitchen doing its daily job for whoever calls us.
