Tessolve

We are situated at 52 Naranapuram, which is out in K. Pudur. It’s a bit of a way out from the main city center of Coimbatore, via S. S. Kulam. The air is a bit fresher out here, which is nice. Our building is pretty straightforward, nothing that would stand out if you were driving past. We have a few different rooms for different tasks, but mostly it’s just open space. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and their favorite snack. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The commute is okay for most of the staff, though some have a bit of a drive. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so we usually bring our own food or get something from the small shops nearby. There’s a lot of greenery around the back of the building. Sometimes we see goats wandering near the road. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper environment. We like the quiet. It helps us think when things get complicated with the work. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we’ve added things as we grew. One of the chairs has a squeak that we still haven't fixed after two years. It’s just how it is. We show up, do the work, and head home. No big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. Just us and our desks. It is a very simple and direct way to live and work.
