We've been at 131 Kalavai Street for a while now. Chintadripet is a busy spot in Chennai, right near Mount Road. It’s a place where there’s always something going on outside our door. We handle career services here, which basically means we spend our time helping folks figure out their next move with work. People come in from all over the city, and we just try to give them a hand with their paperwork or give them some direction. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We’ve just got some old desks, a few chairs, and computers that have seen better days. We don't have a big team of marketing people or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. It’s usually just us talking to people who walk in or answering the phone when it rings. Some days the traffic outside on Kalavai Street is so loud we have to shut the windows, but then it gets hot. Chennai heat is no joke, so we keep the fans going all day. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out and others are looking for a big change in their lives. We don’t have a script or anything like that. We just talk to people like regular humans. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India. We’re just here in Chintadripet doing what we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night.
