Down in Chennai, specifically on Avvaiyar Street in Tharamani, you’ll find Team Hr Services Ltd. We are at number 4. It’s a street that sees a fair amount of movement, and we’ve become a part of the local scenery over time. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle human resources stuff. There are always people coming in and out, and the phones seem to ring quite a bit throughout the morning. We don’t use a lot of fancy software to talk to each other; we mostly just shout across the room or walk over to someone’s desk. It’s a bit noisy sometimes, but that’s just how we operate. Tharamani is a good spot for us because it’s well-connected, even if the Chennai heat gets a bit much in the summer months. We don't put on any airs about being a huge corporation. We’re just a team of people trying to help other people find their way in the job market. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience and a lot of lists. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, and we make sure the bills are paid on time. There isn't any hidden meaning behind what we do. It’s just a job, and we do it to the best of our ability every day from this office on Avvaiyar Street. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for a while longer.
