We are based near the Electronic Complex in the Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate in Guindy. It’s a huge area, and we are right in the middle of it. Being part of the Tamilnadu Small Industries Devpt Corpn Ltd means we have a lot of ground to cover. The office here is pretty straightforward, with lots of desks and files everywhere. It’s an older building in Guindy, so it has that lived-in feel you get with long-standing institutions. We spend our time managing the different aspects of the estate and helping out with whatever administrative tasks come up. It's a lot of paperwork and talking to the people who run the smaller shops around us. Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate is always buzzing with activity, from the early morning until late at night. We see people from all kinds of industries coming through our doors. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s important for keeping things organized in the estate. We have our daily meetings and we try to keep up with all the requests that come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We just do our best to stay on top of the work and make sure the records are kept straight. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve all gotten used to the pace of life here in Guindy over the years.
