Adithya Interio

Adithya Interio is located over at No.134 Main Road in Yeshwamth Nagar, Madapakkam. If you walk in, you’ll probably see wood shavings on the floor or some fabric swatches piled up on a table. We spend a lot of our time looking at sketches and measuring out spaces. It is not a quiet office. There is usually the sound of a drill or someone hammering something in the back. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands and figuring out how to fit furniture into rooms. The Main Road in Yeshwamth Nagar is always busy, which is good because we get to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop where things actually get made. Sometimes our hands are dirty from paint or glue, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building stuff. We don't use much flowery language to describe our work. We just take the materials we have and try to make them look right for the space. It’s practical, everyday work. We have our good days and our stressful ones when a delivery is late or a tool breaks. Mostly, we just stay focused on the task at hand and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we know everyone here.
