Talent Pro India

We are based down in Chennai at Number 11, Labour Wells Street in Adambakkam. It’s a busy little street and it can get quite loud with all the people moving about. We’ve been running Talent Pro India from here, and it is a pretty basic setup. We don't have those fancy glass elevators or anything like that. Just some sturdy desks and a lot of computers. The humidity here can be something else, so we are always thankful when the fans are working right. We spend our days looking at job boards and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. It is mostly about finding a good match, which sounds simple but takes a lot of time. We aren't big on slogans or making things sound better than they are. We just do the work. Adambakkam is a good neighborhood, and we feel like part of the furniture here now. Sometimes people just walk in off the street to ask about work, and we try to help them out if we can. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that’s the job. We don't pretend to be anything more than a small team trying to do a good job for the people in the city. It’s just us, some folders, and a lot of daily effort to get things sorted.
